Theatre of War 2: Kursk 1943 – Five Questions for the Developers

5. If friend asked you to name your absolute, number-one favorite scenario in ToW 2: Kursk, which scenario would you choose? What makes that one special for you?

It’s not easy to select number one; most will compel undivided attention. One favorite is the afternoon battle in Cherkasskoe. To the Soviet player in the midst of dust, heat and Nebelwerfer and Katjusha rockets that are falling seemingly everywhere, the power of the German offensive seems unstoppable—over 10 approaching Panthers and other panzers is a sight to behold, and there is more than one such attack. Playing as Germans in that same mission, receiving fire from every direction, creates a lot of tense moments, too.  As you know, enemy actions often seem more intelligent and his forces more coordinated in fact than they are.
