The Operational Art of War III Is Updated

Staten Island, NY, September 24th, 2007 – Matrix Games ( www.matrixgames.com) and the TOAD Team are happy to announce that they have released another update for The Operational Art of War III. This new update will include dozens upon dozens of new changes and improvements.

*        33 NEW or newly revised scenarios
*        New advanced flanking rules
*        A tweak or two when using nuclear weapons
*        Some balance changes for helicopters and equipment transported by helicopters
*        Some optimizations for running the game in various screen resolutions
