Tanksintown 2006 says “Tank You”!A J Summersgill | January 20, 2006 | 0 comments | Print | E-mail This year’s "Tanksintown" event held in Mons, Belgium will play host to a unique collection of WWII armour and aims to be a very special event indeed. With registration for this year’s event limited to WWII armour only, this aspires to be one of the most exciting concentration of such vehicles in the world. Featuring an exhibition on Saturday 26th August 2006, there will also be free rides on the exhibition field. On Sunday the 27th, the Tanks will deploy in an exciting re-enactment with pyrotechnic effects and enter the town itself.
