And the battle is ended. The "dead" miraculously come to life and the participants take a well-earned round of applause from the assembled crowd.

And since it’s time for everyone to head home, we are treated to a further display of armour and other vehicles as they parade by.

The day concludes with a drive-past by the Panzer III, and then, this year’s TankFest is over.
