The Operational Art Of War III (TOAW III) is fully compatible with Windows operating systems up to and including Windows XP and includes improved memory management for better performance and stability under all operating systems. TOAW III includes improved combat modeling, an improved computer opponent and a host of new options for players and designers.Â
