Panzers In France, January 2008 Photo Error

Thank you everyone who sent us their guess about this photo.  We don’t have a definitive answer for this particular photo, but the consensus is this is a Panzerkampfwagen IV (Special) Ausf F2 which did not see action in France of 1940.  The open, flat terrain suggests this is somewhere in Russia probably during the 1942 summer offensive.  Read more about the Panzerkampfwagen IV at Achtungpanzer.com!
