Closest tank is a PzKpfw IV Ausf.G at the earliest, which came into service in the beginning of 1942. the single baffle muzzle brake seems to indicate an early mark of the Pz 4.
The Pz 3 farther away isn't as easily recognizable, but seems to be an Ausf. J from what is discernible of the drive sprocket etc.
It too seems to have a long barrel gun, visible behind the open turret hatches, that was not used in France 1940.
This pic prolly from Russia, or N.Africa somewhere around 1942-43.
