Jeff...seriously dude....political commissars during the Great Patriotic War were not generals - even though their ranks could have general equivalents. They were civilian political authorities given oversight over certain units or sectors of a front. They were not given direct operational control over an army which remained with the generals in question.
There are so many Soviet generals not mentioned - Vatutin, Tolbukhin, Chistyakov, Yeremenko, Timoshenko, Rotmistrov, Popov, Batov, Meretskov - why can't you choose one of them?
