GTG... kinda petty of you to take something about a particular British man's death & deflect about 'Americans killing civilians' - again.

No need to play at semantics, your words & the materials you bring here are your own choosing & speak for themself.

If you wish a topic about that which you posted, make one - don't muddy this one up!

In that you don't seem to understand the reverence to which Pat was hoping to express & allow, no longer surprises me

Sorry, Mates!

No - you don't "get it", and chances are you never will.

This thread is about the death of a Scottish soldier, yet you immediately hijacked it to blame American troops for the situation in Afghanistan. A good soldier died doing a sh***y job and all you give a damn about is your personal agenda.

Admiral didn't turn your words "into something they are not" - you yourself turned them into something they never should have been in the first place.

Bitch about America someplace else, but verify your facts first. Statements that Americans killed innocent Afghani's which are made by an Afghan source are neither reliable nor verified.

Meanwhile, make sure the next time a Taliban or a terrorist saws off an American's head on television with a blunt knife that you are just as vocal about your outrage you are now.

You sure miss the point here don't you. If you want to bring this point out, do it on it's own thread. To throw this out on a tribute to a soldier's death is just an attempt to start a fight. Poor taste, even for you.

A salute to those who have risked their lives and died for it. Otherwise we would be living in a world of Eric Arthur Blairīs 1984 (George Orwell), inspired by the Spanish Civil War.
