Wellington would have lost at Waterloo if Blucher had not brought up his Army to hit Napoleon in the flank.

Both Generals deserve the credit, not just one.

I voted for Fredie. Wellington lost his very first battle as a commander and that battle's accounted as one of the worst military disasters in history.

Frederick lost a few battles in his time too though.

But actually I'm starting to shift my support back towards Frederick again. Aside from the fact that he nearly lost it all, he did fight against worse odds than Wellington, being almost landlocked and truly outmatched.

which one?, his first battle as a lieutenant colonel in command of the 33rd and a brigade at Boxtel, not an army command, which may have been the Duke of York in command, or was it one of his Indian battles, which i do believe he won, or has that changed now?.
