White M3A1 Scout Car
The M3A1 was used for recognition of the battle-field, for pulling out damaged fighting-vehicles and for transport of troops in 1940 by the US troops in the II World War. The big canon of the this fighting-vehicle of your photo do not belong to the original version. It must be fixed on later.

Answer to the question of Boonierat
It is the 10,5-CM-HAUBTZE M2 A1. It was the standardweapon of the divisionartillerie of the US-Army in the II World War and later on. As the officer had said, it was also used in the Vietnam-War. It is realy a undemageable weapon.
