Yes, they are.
Chassis are modified on ISU, but one foot wider and 2 road wheels longer.
There was also classical gun of 310mm, on similar chassis.
They were produced in small numbers, and were replaced by rocket artillery. I guess logistics was not a problem, as they were ment to fire nuclear rounds.
