No, uniforms indicate a wrong country. It might be modelled after it but it isn't the gun on the pic.

Hope one of you folk can give me a positive ID on the gun below. I have no idea what it is. As a pre-emptive award I've included a couple pictures of the Kingwood Tunnel. The abandoned one on left was at the time of its construction, early 1850s, the longest tunnel in at least the US at slightly over 4,100 feet. It was a critical component of the B & O's passage through the Appalachians.
