Israel sonic-booming Palestinians
Saturday issue of the Chicago Tribune claims that Israel, in addition to the well-publicized missile strikes on Islamic Jihad leaders is also tormenting the Palestinians with sonic booms. Israeli fighters purposely scream over Palestinian settlements in Gaza at supersonic speeds creating sonic booms that frighten the people below. Terrified Palestinian population runs for cover thinking the jets are dropping ordnance. The flyovers are repeated several time a day.

muslims around the world will surely apreciate the music.
if only such things were not preventing an actual and effective fighting against muslim fundamentalism. sometimes I wonder if Israel actually does not want peace as war and threat help define that country.

Sonic Attack?
This is a retread of stories originating from Agence France Presse (AFP), in the Lebanese "Daily Star" in late September.

Numerous news articles and blogs have run the story since. Whilst I have no doubt the sound footprints are deliberately placed, Israel is a very small country to operate supersonic aircraft in. In many places an F-16 could not circle at supersonic speed without going out over the Mediterranean or crossing Palestinian territory.

Attention everybody! Class?! Settle down now.
Okay, does anyone remember the numerous rocket, mortar, and homicide bomb attacks attacks against Israel even just over the last year?!
Okay, well,...how many of you would rather Israel just continue to retaliate solely in kind?
How many of you are glad that Israel is trying something non-lethal to stop the attacks?
Being a 3rd Grade teacher is tough...
