Oh that is a German Wiesel AFV. It is very light, air portable in a c-130 or even slung under helicopters. I'm not sure how much I like them personally, since I think they may be too lite for most combat duties, but I like that they are easily air-portable. Possible usage in seizing air-fields where they will only have to overcome air-base security for a few hours to reinforcements are flown in and placed.
Those are my thoughts on the Wiesel.
