I know what that looks like... But if you step on the trigger your turrets going to go flying off the back of the tank.
My memory is flagging up a discussion of Some German tanks where the turret was fixed to make a crude Stug like contraption. Field workshop equivalent made out of spares?

It's photoshopped.I've seen the pic elsewhere,and someone provided an original shot,which is just a turretless Pz.IV.
Here's the link.Scroll down towards the end.There's some really nice models of various Pz.IV based vehicles here as well.
