Leo 2. You'll note the German style tracks and the driving shield. as well as the weird fan like vents.
Interestingly the rear light arrangement is different. and the Rear engine grill is missing. So from that I'm guessing its the Canadian version

RC German Panther Tank Remote Control 1:16
Review says it's a PzKpfw V/Panther "G" of 1944..... (what ever!)

Turret rotates about 300 degrees, the treads actually DO drive the vehicle-fairly fast actually, the gun elevates-and yes does shoot plastic BB's. The "muzzle velocity" is surprisingly fast, but I doubt it would harm a pet or person. The vehicle is powered by a rechargeable battery pack, and the controller uses a 9v battery.

Here's a link
http://www.hobby-estore.com/electric...ther-tank.html
But the wheel arrangement is from a Tiger, the drive wheels are from a Tiger and the front armor up to the sloped part looks like a Tiger.Like I said it looks like a Tiger and Panther kitbashed together.

I can't believe you guys actually found the toy on the internet! That's simply brilliant
As Gixxer86g points out, this toy is a weird panther/tiger half breed. It's got the Panther turret, glacis plate, side armour, and from the looks of it also its rear.
Form the Tiger we have the bow plate and running gear. The gun doesn't belong anywhere and looks more like the 7.5 cm PaK 39 L/48 from for example the Jagdpanzer IV.
If a cross between a tiger and lion is called a liger or tigon, then this creation might be called a panger or tinther, which to be honest doesn't sound quite as threatening as the original names
