It certainly is a beast. And Cougar1 identified its name; the French FCM F1.
Designed during the late 1930's it was meant to be a heavy tank able to assist the infantry in breaking though heavily fortified enemy positions, such as for example the German Siegfried Line.
With the outbreak of war, France accelerated the research and development of this heavy tank and actually placed an initial order for 12 vehicles! The FCM F1 would've weighed in excess of 140 tons, be armed with a 90mm and a 47mm gun, and be protected by a maximum 100mm of armour.
I am sure this tank's excellent mobility would've been able to keep up with the German blitzkrieg

But the French weren't the only ones dabbling in various heavy tank designs. What about this fella?

It is indeed
It's very similar to the T30 and T34. All used essentially the same chassis (from a T26E3) but had a 155mm and 120mm gun respectively, in place of the T29's 105mm gun.

Yes good point, my first impressions would have been more accurate if I had seen the tracks more closely.

I think it is in the BMP series but the BMP-3 has 5 wheels If I counted correct, while AEP's mystery AFV has 6.

BMD-4 ACV (Airborne Combat Vehicle). Entered service with Russian forces only a few years ago, IIRC.

 Yes sir!
Entering service in 2005, the BMD 4 combines the chassis from the BMD 3 with the main armament of the BMP 3 (100mm and 30mm weapons, also fires two types of AT missiles, has two machine guns and a 40mm automatic grenade launcher). It can not only be airdropped, but is also fully amphibious. It all looks good on paper...
In addition to the BMD 4, Russian airborne forces should soon be taking delivery of the 2S25 Sprut-SD. This airborne light tank also uses a BMD 3 chassis (though extended by adding two more road wheels) and is armed with a 125mm smoothbore gun! Being airborne and armed with such a large gun does come at a price though. Apparently, its frontal arc armour is only strong enough to repel up to 12.7mm rounds, though add-on armour is available.
