It is the U.K VFM 5 Light Tank
By the way AEP the picture has a website on it so that kinda gave it away...

I was just about to congratulate you on the fast response... So do you men you can tell from the image where it was taken from?

Well don't want to take credit for finding a fast answer when its easier than normal. I went to the page and found the picture, good website thought. I also saved the picture and its default save name was Vmf_5 so I figured that was the designation and confirmed it on the website.

Does that ALL my previous postings have been similarly compromised How do I then post an image without giving away the game?
By the way, thanks for pointing this out!

Go to the Basic Training area and follow the instructions on how to save the image to your computer and then upload with the name of your choosing.
http://www.armchairgeneral.com/forum...ad.php?t=55013
But I think, in this case, that the Military-Today.com tag in the lower right corner of your image is what Sparticus is referring to.

Thanks Torien. I now see the wrongs of my ways Previously, I could simply right-click on a posted image, get the image address and go straight to the relevant website where the image was found in the first place. Sometimes even the name of the supposedly mystery tank is mentioned in the URL itself!
Can't help thinking I wasted some good images
So I think in this case it's 12th, or maybe even 15th, time lucky
Moving straight on...

Looks like an Italian Carro Armata M13/40 or M14/41 minus turret.
Possibly a Carro Commando per reparto Semovente da 75/18 - a turretless command version of the M13 and M14.

That's a hard nut to crack, but I reckon it's definitely Italian. The problem is that the Italians created a number of vehicles which all looked quite similar, especially as seen from the angle in the image.
However, I believe this particular vehicle is a Carro Armato M13/40 command vehicle (which is a turretless version of the light tank of the same name), which was meant to accompany Semovente 75/18.

I definitely had to double check that one. If I had triple checked, I'm sure our positions would have been reversed
