Hello all.

My name is Fernando. I was born in Munich, Germany, but I'm Spaniard.

I began wargaming in 1993, when I purchased Panzer Leader. I played it to death with a friend and, although it's not a perfect game, I really appreciate it, as it was my gate to the wargaming world.

I like and play tactical games, such as Panzer Leader, Panzerblitz, Advanced Squad Leader (SK), Conflict of Heroes, and above all Panzer, 2nd. Ed. and MBT. Nowadays I'm in the process of designing, along with Jim Day, Panzer Expansion #4: France 1940.

I am also an air gamer. I like Air Force, Dauntless, the Fighting Wings series, RAF, Luftwaffe, the Down in Flames series (GMT version) or the Leader series from DVG. I am also learning Wing Leader.

From time to time I play some operational games. I enjoyed The Russian Front when I purchased it in the mid 90s, but I cannot play anything more complicated than the Standard Combat Series nowadays. It's a matter of brain overheating.

I'm an Artillery Captain, and a Primary School English Teacher. I'm married and have four children, three boys and a girl.

I hope we can have many good historical and wargaming conversations here.

Hello everybody, I'm Kassad (as in Hyperion), and I first stumbled across this forum a couple years ago. After watching some of it's threads I thought it would be interesting to give my two cents of what I know and ask directly about what I don't. I can't be very active as I don't have much time for anything, but I might ask questions every now and then and try to at least be of some use around here.

I am mostly interested in the military history of World War II, although I am fairly competent at discussing ancient (especially roman) history too. Also, I am from Spain, and come from a family of combatants in the Spanish Civil War, so I am very interested in that particular period of time as well. I hope my stay here can be productive both for me and the community.
