Ukrainians special services have arrested 29 alleged provocateurs who had been planning an anti-Polish action at the Polish embassy in Kiev.
The suspects have been planning to throw or otherwise pour red paint at the embassy and also burn some kind of effigy representing unknown person.
The suspects had weapons but only rubber bullets for the guns.
Ukrainians claim this was a Russian provocation and the suspects consisted of local sports club members who have been hired by Russian agents and paid 1,000 hryvnia ($140 American) each for participating in the provocation.
