No doubt - but a "treaty of friendship and military cooperation with Russia" ?

We've heard that before you know ?

3 weeks later Poland was gone.

Don't think germany is interested in repeating the same mistake nor are the western allies ready to give up Poland again
I think the Atlantic powers are still deeply paranoid of germany it's sad

Paranoid about what....the German military? While an argument can be made that Germany wields a lot of power and sway over EU policy through it's economic might...it's military is no threat at all. Curiously, there's been at least 2-3 threads in as many months asking if Germany is capable of defending Europe, if Germany can do this, can German do that....etc.

I think there's too much Panzer-Lehr nostalgia at play.

Remember, the premise was this,

Germany leaves NATO and..

Quote:
Germany then signs a treaty of friendship and military cooperation with Russia..
Pray tell me, what could be the purpose then of breaking one treaty and entering into another,

if not a military operation towards a common goal - against NATO ?

The realization that there are certain brews from Czech and Slovak Republics, Poland, and elsewhere that are actually better than German ones...and that Germany simply can't allow this.

Ah, the great pilsner war of 2026.

And the INBEV armada landing in Normandy to settle it, I can see it now

See ya around..

It would be defeated....because then the factions fighting in central Europe would suddenly stop fighting and be united against INBEV.

Speaking of INBEV.....apparently one guy would rather drink his own urine for three days than drink this crap..http://waterfordwhispersnews.com/201...his-own-urine/

Not necessarily they might just be selling military technology and hardware to Russians but not beefing up their own army

I fear that possibility went out the window with reunification.

You cannot be a "giant Switzerland", any more than you can be a giant Belgium

The moment you become giant, you're no longer Switzerland.

They're not even defending that. If anything, they're the champions of importing them in.
