what i need are other nations, if anyone knows of a book built with armor data like encyclopedia of ww2 german tanks did, please let me know!

It isn't exactly what you are looking for but WWII Ballistics: Armor and Gunnery by Bird and Livingston might give you a lot of good data.

i already have that book thanks.

no, i am looking for books or a book that give tanks specs for all nations in ww2. not just a few tanks.

Coming late, but the books by Rick Hunnicutt on American tanks should have the information. They're expensive but great references.

In the game War Thunder Ground Forces there's the ability to spin around the tank models and measure the armor plates thicknessess at any angle of choice. Perhaps it could be a plan B option. Seems like it could work well enough. There's a forum for the game, some players might be intrested in helping you out.
