OxyContin withdrawal

I haven't had any Oxynorm for 48 hours now, I'm struggling but have kept up with my heart meds to prevent problems from the withdrawal, I'm also on gabapentin which is a nerve block and anti epileptic drug. This has helped stop my limbs from convulsing and the stomach cramps too.

Let me start again.
I have had to stop my beta blockers prior to a nuclear scan in a few days, the beta blocker was helping with slowing down the heart rate and containing the palpitations. My doctor has insisted that I carry on with a withdrawal plan instead of cold turkey to prevent me having another cardiac episode. So I'm now on 40mg a day and plan to reduce it to 30mg by the weekend
