What is this exotic alcohol that makes you see torque on a jet plane,Senor Draco?
I want a bottle of this one.

The vertical stabilizer is small because there is no torque and the speed is high in a single engine jetplane.

When an engine fails or produces less power in an Me 262 there is eccentric force, creating torque and requiring a large vertical stabilizer.

Red Herring argument since you still haven't demonstrated where Fokker will get a jet engine in 1941.

Not torque, but asymmetric thrust.

The first prototype of the Go 229 was written off - and the pilot killed - when one engine flamed out and the remaining one sent the aircraft into an uncontrollable flat spin. The lack of a dorsal fin meant that the pilot had seconds to work out what would take years in a wind-tunnel.

To get back onto thread;

"Oh would nor I had seen the day,
That treason thus could sell us.
that my grey head were laid in clay,
Like Bruce and loyal Wallace.......

The English steel, we could disdain,
Secure in valour's station.
But English gold has been our bane,
such a parcel o' rogues in a nation." (edited)

Burns wrote the above in 1791, after two bloody rebellions to restore the Stuart monarchy had been brutally crushed, and beyond living memory of the events described, but many Scots still view the, "Parcel o' rogues," - not the English, but those members of Scottish society who supported the Union, and pocketed large sums of money as a consequence - as one of the blackest moments in Scottish history.

A Dutch government allowing such an alliance would've been barbecued.

Holland had a treasure in the Indies, but the DEI had a larger population than Holland, which could not defend itself and certainly not properly colonize, develop or defend the DEI, so it was a matter of years before it was stolen by the Japanese or gained its independence, especially with the US opposing imperialism by European nations (not by powerful nations like the USSR).

Holland woud have benefitted being part of a strong Germany, which can secure the DEI, Libya, German E Africa (the former IEA) and a large part of the USSR for Europeans, after defeating Communism.

Even Britain would have secured Malaya, B. Borneo, HK, Burma, etc, with Germany in the GEI and Japan busy in the USSR. With the GEI thriving, many British citizens would probably migrate to British colonies in the E.
By expanding into the USSR China would be able to reduce considerably its population density, increase agricultural output and reduce vulnerability to floods, droughts, etc,

The DEI could defend itself if given time to fully mobilize. That process started in earnest after June 1940 when Holland fell. That gave the Dutch a bit more than a year to build up their forces.

They placed orders for massive amounts of equipment including:

200 M 3 Light tanks
628 Marmon Herrington light tanks
400 White Scout cars

162 B-25 (replacing the obsolescent B10's in service)
Hundreds of fighter planes including B-339C/D, CW 21B, Hawk 75A-7, P-40E, and Hurricane II.
The ordered PBY scout planes.

Their army was mobilizing towards 200,000 + men as equipment and expansion would allow.

A fraction of this equipment had arrived by December 1941 and the army had expanded to just over 70,000 troops.

Germany on their best day couldn't have supplied a fraction of what the US and Britain did or what the Dutch had on order. The tanks alone would have meant stripping the German army of 2 or 3 panzer divisions.

The Dutch were far better off going with the Allies, and had they completed their mobilization Japan would have lost the DEI campaign.

As anybody with basic strategic knowledge can tell You, regardless of the forces defending multiple islands, they will be isolated and defeated if they lose their navy and planes days into the invasion and cannot be supplied and reinforced, while they're shelled and bombed. IF there is a useless scenario for tanks is in the DEI coastal jungles (worse than the Malaya roads and RR), facing large numbers of naval guns and planes (as well as land based planes from Malaya, then Borneo and Sumatra, then Java, etc,)

Moreover, the much more numerous indigenous population was so willing to die for their oppressors as the natives of Malaya, Burma, Ceylon, Cocos, HK, etc, were to die for the British. Read about the Cocos and Burma rebellions and the Malaya 5th column.

Well then, you should find some people like that and quote them...

Red Herring. The British don't control the DEI, the Dutch do.

Owing to reduced weight and oxygen consumption, Fokker recommends that women weighing 55kg or less and measuring 1.66m or less be trained as pilots for the DJ.
This allows for smaller and lighter cockpits, parachutes (made of Chinese silk) and oxygen systems, further reducing weight.

With smaller women, China further reduces the maximum pilot weight to 48kg and height to 1.50m.

The lack of landing gear, the light pilot, the 2 wing guns and ammo and the wing tip and drop tanks result in excellent weight distribution, which allows for an easily produced constant wing section (a single rib size and a long strip of aluminum skin).

The abundance of small Chinese and native GEI women vying for the good pilot salary and kill bonuses induces Germany to open a German language and pilot training school especially for them and allows Fokker to optimize the plane for 48kg, 1.50m pilots. Germany hires 20,000 native GEI and Chinese female pilots.

Is it true that Belgium split form the Netherlands because the king passed a law requiring everybody to learn to read, which the Belgians thought absurd and the king allowed secession, figuring he'd be better off without illiterates?

If only Lincoln had been so wise and allowed the redneck states to secede with 3 million slaves, while he expanded west with slave free states and invaded huge, hardly populated Canada and Alaska with his large army.

What big army ?

Oh,now I understand : that with the 10000 Chinese women ,who could be used to distract the RCP and the regiments of the Tsar .
If the grand-daughters could fly Fokkers, the grand-mothers could be used as Mata Hari's .
