...and the 1. FC Köln got only 2 900 tickets for the game tomorrow at Emirates-Stadium in London Arsenal Londond vs. 1. FC Köln. In the moment on the way to London are 20 000 supporters of the 1. FC Köln, what I can't understand because only the 2 900 tickest available and gone already.

Today Borussia Dortmund is also in London. But Tottenham did take the Wembley-Stadium for this game. Here in Cologne were nearly 30 000 supporters interested in to get a ticket for the Arsenal game, nearly the half of the Wembley capacity.

Ok, let us see what will happen. The FC is at the moment without any point and any goal in the new Bundesliga-season.

The ticket touts in Britain will make a killing reselling Arsenal tickets to FCK supporters at vastly inflated prices (and doubtless forged ones as well)

They would pay every price but the problem are the rules in British stadiums were it is not allowed for guests to stay in another block then the guest block. Is it right? I wonder, because I think to meet other people is football/soccer and if the crowd is mixed I think not much can happen.

Today I read the news that the British Pound was sold out in 78 banks.

The rules do not say that specifically but that tickets for seats are allocated in a manner to avoid fans mixing but what do ticket touts care about that. There are normally no ID checks on entry to the ground - it would take far too long and build up dangerous crushes at the entrances.

Some of the worst football stadium disasters have been caused by allowing fans from one side to get access to the area designated for the other as happened at Heysel Stadium. Sad but that's modern football.

At least we will have here in Cologne the same rules - avoid to mix different fan groups - but it is so long ago since we did have a international club game. I'm not up to date because when I was young and saw such games we did still have non-seat-places in the stadium and the crowd except the hard core fans were mixed.

Ya, now the game is over an Cologne lost 3 : 1. The Cologne fans did have some ten hours a massive party or carnival in London take over what impressed a lot of international football fans till the point were the question was: How can I reach into the stadium? But this few hooligans did do this trouble are not worth to talk about. The atmosphere in the "Emirates" was great and I believe, peaceful, like in the day time.

But it is true: Cologne footballfans are including a lot of hooligans. To check this you can have a look on the game Köln vs. Mönchengladbach. But you must know: Mönchengladbach isn't better. Games in both Cities are like in a war zone and in some years they could sell about 200 000 tickets for it.

Let me please ask to apologize for some drunken Cologne fans didn't have themself under control. Arsenal will be welcome here in Cologne. But Arsenal should know, that the stadium here in Cologne is really sold out - since the end of the last Bundesliga season and at least - all the time. Numbers lower then 50 000 resulting out of guest contingent.

The FCC aftermath in the Stadium:

...please get out of the stadium...

A lot of problems were caused by ticket touts selling tickets originally alloted to Chelsea fans to Cologne supporters which gave them access to the Chelsea end of the stadium.

The writer must have been to a different match.

No, the writer have seen the match we are talking about. I have found plenty of this kind of articles about the behavior of Cologne fans and I'm nearly proud that this guys have brought a native impulse to the, as I read, too commercialised British soccer. A little confusion in the stadium is not the biggest problem. I haven't heard till today that any ticket holder did not find a place. OK, maybe not the place which he bought but a place.

The strategy of Arsenal was not so bad when they let in the Cologne fans with no away tickets first. They just started to stay all together and that this area was the home end - ja mei, sometimes **** happen. On this way the most crowd was not mixed an Arsenal could enjoy a home win.

The match was held up for an hour whilst they sorted the fans out - that's a lot of problems

They did not sorted out the fans, the sorted them because as you could see at least they did have regular tickets and wearing Arsenal-Shirts or not. This hour is not the point. The point is, that Arsenal was warned about this kind of situation like this and they did not work on it.

One of the last games of the FC I saw was Bayern Munich vs. 1. FC Köln in the Olympiastadium while I lived in Nuremberg. So, as I ordered the ticket in Munich I have got tickets between Bavarian people. We, me group and me, did have a lot of fun together with the Bavarians about the game, what we lost 3:1. If British soccer fans are pretty quiet but angry if an away fan is siting beside them they should do a Brexit quick because it is sport an no battle.

I'd like to hear what marvelous solution they could have used to stop people buying tickets from touts? And an hour matters a lot - the officials came very close to cancelling the match.

You can imagine what will happen if this crowd has to come a second time? It would be double like this time. Have a look at the british sport news. UEFA will set both clubs free cause the happening is accepted as party no one really can be responsible for. The FC did make a lottery 2900 : 23500. What he can do more. The flares in the stadium are possible threw the catastrophic security check at Emirates. But to start them is still crazy and not wanted to see.

Next week we will learn more.
