Looks great Dennis, as usual. It just needs another color plate to set it of.

Yes they were cooked on the Egg.
John, my wife has said the same thing. I normally just take a picture of the plated food. Here I thought I was being fancy putting the lettuce on the plate and garnishing with toasted sesame seeds and chile flakes.

That part looks great as usual Dennis. For me food stands out best on good white china. Some trim on the plate is fine but the basic color should be white. We have red and brown and a Mexican theme set but I like our pure white the best.

I don't eat wings. Not enough meat on them. I prefer thighs and breasts. I'd have to eat 40 wings just to be full.

For the record I ate 20+ of those wings myself so I know what your saying. I can't remember the last time I cooked wings before that cook. We usually do thighs.

Yes is was at a contest......now tell me that isn't some perfect bite through skin. The dreaded Judge #6 gave us 6-6-6 for chicken at that contest. The contest before that we took 1st place for chicken. I'll concede that chickens only have two thighs and I did eat that particular piece

Fried is the only thing. Or BBQ. My wife and I sometimes bake or broil, but mostly it is fried or BBQ. I cannot eat boiled chicken only with dumplins.
