Longstreet and Jackson would hardly be called the best of friends. But, wartime correspondence between the staffs seem to indicate that Pete and Stonewall had a cordial, professional relationship and there seem to be no real jealousy between the two men.
D.H. Hill did write Jackson considered leaving the ANV prior to Fredericksburg because he felt Lee had shown favoritism to Longstreet.
If you rely on Longstreet's postwar accounts, particularly his memoirs, Longstreet had no doubt become jealous of Jackson's reputation. But, that jealousy appeared years after the war when Longstreet's reputation had been savaged and Jackson's reputation had been elevated.
