The Hungarian MPs present in the committee voted against.

But the law is not through yet.

The committee approval only means the law is now clear to undergo voting in the Senate. But after that it can be attacked as unconstitutional or the President may refuse to promulgate it. In an earlier interview he did say he would do so.
