I'm trying to figure out what you mean by "Lot 18" (?)

Could you explain better, and state what exactly you are looking for.

See if this link will open for you. It's a map that shows the Plantation. In the northern part of the map is Ap 18, if this is what you are referring to.

If you are looking for "Map 18", I have no idea where to find that.

Let us know if this helps.

I was in a week long operation in that plantation in 67. I don't think we went as far north as AP-18, but, we were close to that location. One of the APCs hit a mine planted two rows inside the plantation of rubber trees where the trail intersected with another trail. It damaged a drive sprocket, the track, and two road wheels. I have the operations maps that were laying unsecured in the mess hall where civilians were working. I grabbed them before the civilian spying for the VC were able to look at them. It was one mission where the VC didn't exactly know where we were going to be camping for the night. They were guessing where to mortar our campsite at night.

BTW civilian base barbers didn't last very long. The ambush patrols kept picking them off when they were caught escorting VC night patrols towards base camp.

Thank you all . I am very happy that you are interested . I apologize if information is not clear .

We need some information : plot of rubber was the number 18 of ? village of Michael rubber plantation, Dau Tieng , Vietnam . Michael Rubber plantation has 24 villages , each village had many plots of rubber . We do not know the parcel number 18 rubber that is where the village ?

We had 6231-1 map and didn't think "Ấp 18"/ Dinh Thoi village (XT568573) was number 18 plot of rubber.

With two US's document in that time, we want to find some location coordinates where US army attacked 1st company, 7th Bn, 209th NVA Regt, 7th NVA Division on 17th March 1969. We hope find location coordinates that will help find the plot number 18 rubber in where village? and convert this coordinates in to google maps/ earth (example: 48PXT568573 = 11.37064 106.43746 = 11°22'14.3"N 106°26'14.9"E).

The closest I can get to what you are looking for is described in the After Action Report (bottom pdf you attached) where it describes, on page 4, bottom, an engagement with the 11th ACR on 17 Mar, in the vicinity of XT 586 541, and on page 5, top, later that day another engagement in the vicinity of XT 590 510.

I've marked these locations on the attached map in Red as 586 541, and in Blue as 590 510.

Note that these engagements took place near AP18. Ap18 maybe the "Lot 18" you are thinking about.

We thanks. We read up on page 5 of 3400155004.pdf but this page didn't show: what is NVA unit attacked with US army in XT 586541 and XT 590510. So, we dare not assert.

Your note: we consider it. We will search anymore NVA' document which it will have compare.

Michelin Plantation Map

The Michelin Plantation used their own map for managing the plantation with a number for each of their plots.
As a member of the MACV team in Dau Tieng, we received an annotated copy of the plantation map each day that showed which plots were being worked for that day.
Before any artillery could be fired into the plantation, the location had to be cleared by a member of the MACV team to ensure that it was NOT in a working plot or lot. Could not fire artillery within 1000 meters of a working rubber plot.
Plot 18 will only be shown on a Michelin map.
