I think i had a bad way of presenting my opinion. In the BRD a lot of stuff is banned, because it is considered gross. Now bringing something like that up in a discussion about some abusing animals is quite wrong. But to come to your question, i think in case of animals the property question is secondary unless the person has a really considerable damage. In the first place i think one should consider that this is a way of torturing an animal.

People should have the free choice to do what they want. People for a long time robbed the sexual organs from them thinking it was a good thing. That is obviously not a good thing. People need Freedom of choice. You want freedom of choice. Be equal. The devil is unequal.. Once to live, and then the judgment. Religions should know that one. I can remind them of many more.
