After an hour-long delay Xinhua announced the seven leaders that will form the new PSC:

1. Xi Jinping - Head of China's Communist Party and chairman of China's Central Military Commission
   
2. Li Keqiang - Premier (in March)
   
3. Zhang Dejiang - Head of National People's Congress
   
4. Yu Zhengsheng - Head of Chinese People’s Consultative Conference
   
5. Liu Yunshan - Head of Propaganda Department
   
6. Wang Qishan - Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection
   
7. Zhang Gaoli - Executive Vice Premier

I think they will do fine. I've admired how China is advancing from their old political system to a new one without letting their country fall in to chaos.

Too early to tell. But, I think in general it's been a gradual opening up.

They seem to be doing a better job than the age of Mao, which was as bad as Stalin and Hitler. There are some squabbles developng in terms of ocean rights, but the future of China will be determined by how well Xi Jinping and company control corruption.
