It's Gebhard Leberecht von Blücher's Birthday, " Marschall Vorwärts" who was born in Rostock in 1742, originally joined the Swedish army as a Hussar, would go on to lead the Prussian army against Napoleon.
Not sure if this is true though, but in 1945 his grave was destroyed by Soviet troops, his corpse exhumed, and his skull used as a ball to play football.

Blucher's grave, this is terrible considering this man's place in history.
