Hi everyone.
I have noted that almost all Cuirassiers regiments have this wool sheep fleece on their saddles but not the Officers; the same applied to the Carabineers, is this something mandatory?

I am building this guy, he is in 120mm.

This is what I have done so far.

I would welcome any comments or suggestions. I would love for some of you guys to drop by the modeling section as well.

I know he was a Chasseur a Cheval, and I know that it was light cavalry regiment serving under Napoleon, but I know little else. Why did they wear their outer coats on one shoulder? I would really like to learn about the group as I do the model.

Sorry Rodrigo, I must have missed this post.

I hope you can read French as all I have is the French text for these Rousselot plates on this computer. If you would like the English text, I will post them in the morning.

Good day Paul

When you have time could you please post the English textUnfortunately for the Rousselot plates you posted earlier. I'm not multilingual to speak of and can't read enough French to make sense of it.

Greatly appreciate your help and understanding.

Regards,
WCBT

Past projects

It's been a little quiet on this thread so I thought I'd post a couple of pics of my past projects. Enjoy or ignore that's up to you.

The Confederate Generals was a commission for a friend who wanted to give to a close friend of hers whom I did not know. A few years later to my surprise I would see this piece again in the office of someone new at work. This gentleman turned out to be the recipiant of this commission and had placed it on his desk for eveyone to see.

Regards,
WCBT
