And here is my absolut favourite uniform and unit of the napoleonic wars-the British 7th Queen's Own Hussars:









And very interesting to me, the 1807 shako:




There's only a little problem: As you may have seen on the pictures above, there are not all uniformes the same! Could someone explain this to me? I personaly think that the corect uniform by 1815 would be this one:

In 1811 the facings of the 10th were changed from yellow to scarlet when the regiment became 'Royal'. The 10th and the 7th - which had white facings - both received new clothing in 1814, with blue facings and gold or yellow lace. The 15 Hussars retained scarlet facings, and the 18th white facings, both with silver or white lace and buttons.

I have in format pdf the four books that has put Rudolf, and went to happen them to JPG so that any of the Russian friends translated the names of the images.

If Alfons Canovas does not put more in his blog will continue with the images
