Well, the serbia of today [ Af-Pak] can collapse anytime resulting in all out war launched by Pak on India, there is a small area approx. 20 miles wide that is called chicken's neck, if the chinese capture it they can take and isolate the entire north eastern part of India.

wait wait, so by "asian problem" you're not referring to the disputed parts of the ocean as claimed by china and some members of ASEAN?

Chinese policy is holistic, it not only attracts the eastern Taiwan, the Islands, but also Mongolia, Western provinces (the central asian muslim replublics/dicatatorships) and south and south-east asia, it checks which is collapsing first and moves in there.
For eg: it has leases on the coco-islands in the Indian ocean, bases in western pakistan, southern sri-lanka specifically to guard its Achilles heel(its long and vulnerable sea trade route) for this reason it wants the south-east Asian islands to create more naval/air/army bases so as to feel more secure and make its neighbors more insecure!
