It's hard to say. Whereas in the US Army, brigades and divisions keep the same units indefinitely, the British with their old "arms plotting" rotated units in and out every 4-6 years. So the 7th brigade of today probably has completely different infantry regiments and armour battalions as the one ten years ago.
