Here are some historical photographs of actual Zulu warriors:

Thought I'd share and give an update on the game as its being developed.

Spears can now impale themselves in a soldier (if angle of trajectory etc is correct). Soldiers with an impaled spear will eventually die if the player does not help them.

Medals
This leads to in game medals where players can earn medals for their in game action, like being a good commander or helping soldiers.

Medals earn your squad of AI's respect and will fight harder for the player. So they are worth collecting ...

We've just added the game to Steam Greenlight so if you can spare a moment to give the game a "Yes" vote we'd very much appreciate it.

Thanks

Well... that is the king .

Likely he didn't run all over the kingdom fighting and hunting like the warriors.

The game is now up on the steam store (not available for purchase as yet but it will be released in early access).

Steam Store

There's been a number of additions to the game including medals & rewards, chants, secondary objectives plus warriors with flaming torches that can burn the Rorkes Drift hospital and store
