The Military Music of Carintia.

There is a large discussion in Austria about the army: Should the army consists of recruited soldiers by law or should the army consist of professional soldiers who had enlisted by free will. A public election will be held about this question in near future.
Now the goverment of Carintia, a member-state of Austria, leaded by the Landeshauptman Doerfler (the highest clark in the goverment), had send a petition to the maingoverment of Austria in Vienna, that the legaly recruiting of young Austrians should be maintained, to guarantee the existence of the military Music-Troopers in Carintia, which were a real connection between army and the population.
