Either one is correct but not the two in same time. Now if you argue that legal case exist for Judicial power to act on life of a person, then your position in #409 is baseless within Law frame and only express your belief, not a fact. Not that it would be the first time that you confuse the two...
There is no contradiction : a criminal remains a criminal, sick or not and his illness does not prevent his execution . a criminal must be punished, but Charlie is not a criminal .

Your post #409 make no provison for criminal case. Since you seem to suffer from some reading comprehension issue, even as author, here it is again :

"A doctor, neither a judge have the right to decide if a sick person should die or live ."

We are discussing the case of Charlie Gard, who is NOT a criminal . Your desperate attempt to put him at the same level of criminals who are condemned to the death penalty, proves that you have no argument to my claim that,if the state has the power to make die Charlie Gard, everyone of us is in danger .

Yes we are discussing Charlie case, not your vision of State as you forgot almost every post. Your claim is not that State can act about criminal but that State cannot act :

"A doctor, neither a judge have the right to decide if a sick person should die or live ."

In order to support your baseless claim you are now ignoring your own post.

The state is already master of our money, he dictates our children what to eat, what to read, what to say, he decides when children can survive after their birth (never heard of post-birth abortion),if children will be born, he decides when we will die .

Animal farm is reality .
