The Danhochi artwork is very good. Are these pictures the box art for model soldiers ? if so which make. I am a collector of toy soldiers ( 54mm ) so maybe this artwork is for wargames figures , please put me out of my ignorance. David Burrows

Thank you David. I recently started work for Victrix, box art covers for their 28mm figs. I had an accident about 3 years ago and recently returned to doing my work and hopped at the chance to illustrate anything Napoleonic. Steve Maughan is working on a series of books covering Waterloo and I am contributing to his upcoming books. If I get the time, I would like to do some scenes of small incidents of the campaign and a major piece or two of the Prussians at Ligny (Bluchar leading a cavalry charge perhaps) and Plancenoit. Any ideas, suggestions, or input is welcomed.

Great pics of the Spanish. It is interesting to see, how the uniforms have changed over the years after the British got involved. The new uniform style had nothing in common with the old ones. It was more practical but the old ones were so much more picturesque. My favourites are the Grenadiers with their decorative whatever it is hanging from the bearskins.
