Take the four winners of the year, pit them against each other in a Royal Rumble, maybe add a wild card 5th competitor from the losers of the Offensives....
I get to carried away I guess....

I like this idea... I don't want to volunteer anyone else to do a lot of extra work - and I've said it before - but I'm having a great time learning about a few people I thought I already knew a lot about... Keep it up, guys... You're doing a great job!!!

I hope these become more rare, because we are gonna run out of good generals soon!

Maybe switch it up for the next tournament. A Hall of Shame. We could vote on the all-time worst generals. Who would win that one? Mark Clark? Custer? Haig? Gamelin? Or the buffoon who led his men to slaughter at Isandlwhana. His name escapes me. I'm sure there are other "qualified" candidates.

Wow, finding the worst generals would be a hard chore. I might start a new thread, on the off chance we do this. Please visit it if you'd like to suggest generals for such a competition.

Chelmsford commanded the entire force but in the inquiry he blamed colonel Durnford, but i think it was definitely Chelmsford.

I don't know.
It's almost morbid voting for which man lost a battle, and the lives of his troops.
Which General did the most in his life?
Which Campaign was the most brilliant?

Easy to blame someone who died in the battle and with no other witnesses.
