Very similar and close for me. Both led their nations through multiple wars in succesive years and came out victorious. My vote goes with Dayan, always outnumbered by men and nations and came out on top.

Moltke I'd have to go with, though it might have been interesting to see what Dayan might have done with Moltke's tools if substituted in. Or even vice versa.

I'm a great admirer of Dayan, but Moltke's influence on German military thought (and on it's rail system) wins the day for me.

I have to agree with the Irishman on this one... If Dayan had the Prussian military and resources at his disposal... This vote would be a lot more closer!
