Don't know about quality but quantities are definitely stepped up:
Russian cheese production in 2016 was c. 600 000 tons vs c. 500 000 tons in 2014. And a moderate growth is further expected in 2017. Mostly an effect of shutting down import which also mostly comes from Belarus or Kazakhstan.

Sanctions ? As the construction of North Stream ? A new gas pipeline beneath the Baltic ,at a cost of 14 billion of Euro ?

But Europe demands that USA should increase its sanctions .

Eurocrates = hypocrites .
