Ohio is 44,825 square miles, versus England which is 50,301 square miles. Over half of the U.S. states are as big or bigger than England!

This is all very interesting. Special Forces too has its share of fair-haired protgs, as well as some of their peers and subordinates who have axes to grind, very real or otherwise. Some very good men can at times make very bad judgments, and that blade swings both ways.

To enter Special Forces, officer candidates must have commanded in their basic branch, which Leahy obviously did. The only people capable of making any judgments in this brouhaha are those serving SF officers who have served with, under, or over Colonel Leahy and the letter writer. The 5th Special Forces Group was my home in 1968, and I visited the 5th SFG last September (2016) and heard first hand the respect they had for their current commander, who may very well have been COL Leahy, given that he took command in 2015. I certainly don't see anyone on this forum qualified to judge the matter, and most certainly not myself.

You are the closest thing we have to an informed source. I will take your word on the subject. Does SF get many MP's?
