Despite the fact that the vast majority of people who play WoT are retarded, it's quite easy to win in pub games. Good players influence the course of the battle. So it's not difficult to maintain 55% or even 60%+ WRs by just playing pubs. I seldom ever play TCs; out of my 7500 odd battles perhaps 2000 are TCs+CW, the rest pubs, and I manage to maintain a 63% WR.

Having bad teams has never been a legitimate excuse for having a bad WR.

I've had bad WRs in individual tanks before as well, but I never end up with less than a 50% WR in any tank I've played a decent number of battles with.

I still do my daily doubles (or triples when they occur).

I am very close to completing my first full crew perk on my T-25 and on my Jumbo Sherman.

Super Brawl Weekend starts tomorrow morning (February 1, 2013) at 03:30 PST (14:30 UTC) and will last until 03:00 PST (14:00 UTC) on February 4, 2013.

So don't do your dailies until it begins or you will miss out on some extra credits and crew experience.

There are a number of specials running due to the event including but not limited to: 50% Credit Discount on Equipment, 50% Gold Discount on Garage Slots, 50% Gold Discount on Crew Training/Retraining, x3 Increase in Crew Experience, and three days of Premium Account Time for 300 gold.

Same here, it's lost a lot of its flair for me. I probably wont be playing for a extended time. Good tanks get nerfed and bad tanks get worse. Everyone has an OP tank it seems and has gold rounds to kill you! It's very much geared for Russian tanks, where the game was created, and German tanks are some of he worst, which is very unfortunate.

I used to play everyday since 7.1 came out now I haven't touched it since 8.0 came out and I don't miss it much at all. I will be interested when world of warplanes comes out though...

Well, I just haven't had as much free time, and maybe lost a little bit of interest because of some of the complaints you listed.

I don't really think that the Soviet tanks are that favored over others, but the German ones are definitely underfavored to a some degree. The gold/premium rounds have ruined part of the game for me. But it's the jerkwads and the self-proclaimed "experts at the game" that have done the most damage to my interests in it.

But I'll pick it up again sometime soon. Got to see how ridiculous the Chinese tanks are, and how non-historical they decided to go with them just to appease the Asian players of the game.

I still play, recently got the JagdpanzerE100 and T110E3 tier 10 TDs. But I will probably wind down the amount of free time I spend on WoT since I will avoid starting another grinding nightmare (I have a Lorraine and could go for the BatChat but no thanks) and I think I'll start playing BF3 instead.

Well the Batchat is a nice AFV or so I'm told. BF3 is addicting as all get-out. Don't say I didn't warn you

The Batchat is quite possibly the best tank in the game, but it's also the most difficult one to play.

I tested my PC's graphics card on the nvidia website and got this message (attached).

So it seems I'll have to continue playing WoT.

I updated to the patch before the most recent one, and tried launching the game, but no joy-got some message saying it couldn't play. Any suggestions?
