The problem with this route is you run into how your monitor displays colors, how the chart was digitized, in the first place, and a few other things that may prevent what you are seeing on your computer screen from being accurate.
Luftwaffe Camouflage and Markings, 1933-1945, Vol. 2 has some nice color chip charts included but it is a bit pricey.
The Official Monogram Painting Guide to German Aircraft 1935-1945 Has color chips matched to the colors found on luftwaffe planes, these cover the variations as well especially in the RLM81 and 82 that never seemed to really have been standardized. Be warned this is very pricey.

From other forums and from other modelers the Model Master line for RLM is spot on or very close from what I have heard.

I love the MM line for Panzer colors. I would love to try the Vallejo 'Panzer Aces', 'Model Air' line, I just don't feel that rich.

Comparing Model Master Enamels to chips in the mentioned reference books, they are fairly close, at least close enough for most work. There are some RLM colors not in the Model Master Enamels, but off the top of my head I can't remember which numbers they are. I think they are some of the less common ones that over water aircraft used.
Maybe a more specific question of what do you want to know and some of us can better supply an answer.

Here ya go .... All I have is Luftwaffe and German Vehicle / Armour "Guide" but you guys are welcome to them. I have included the German Armour Paint Chip Chart as well. The Model Master Seems to be about spot on on the armor stuff, I assume that the Luftwaffe colors are accurate in the MM as well -

- Let me know if they won't download for you and I will email them to you.
Here's another link that may help -
