You'd assume they coordinate and approve things like that...

I know! It's definitely not the first time they've been to Lemnos.

This is from an article of theirs on the trips to the island:

The guys had to face inaccuracies in maps, photographing and filming restrictions near military installations, heat or "hedgehogs" (as they nicknamed thorny plants turning the better part of Lemnos into an impenetrable anti-infantry trap).

This is the greatest testimony of a huge conflict between utter professionalism and total incompetence.

On the one side, this guys are researching to the max, the only similar thing I ever saw was on the BiA series, which had different aspects but same concept. So kudos.

OTOH, "filming restrictions near military installations"?! No ****! You have to be an idiot to be surprised by that. You also need to be an idiot to go on such an excursion, especially on a foreign state, without at least inquiring about it's legality...

In a way- it reminds me of the idiots that went hiking into Iran...

That looks pretty awesome.

On another completely unrelated note, I need a job and an improved graphics card.

I think the beta just came out on steam.

BTW, if it hasn't been answered already, the reason for the Iranians using Tavor rifles and Merkeva tanks apparently has something to do with them taking over Israel. Sorry Oded.

It's the Alpha, not beta. Me and George are already on it

And oh yeah, they have the Namer too...I had a huge rant about it a while back....

I don't have much choice now do I?

I'm still anxious to see the story line and other issues. This could be the greatest ARMA yet, but this could also be a flop...
