The double-headed eagle seems to have been symbol used both in Tsarist Russia and also in the Habsburg dominions.

(An unfortunate motif I've always thought:- it appears to indicate indecision !)

Were film props made of bronze perchance?

If it was meant to be worn, why is there no attachment for the lining used inside the helmet?
