That last bit is most important. Other wise you can end up with a jet shooting between the seat and the bowl. The chances of this happening increase dramatically if your at your girlfriends house meeting her parents for the first time.
The other is to stand naked in your garden and let rip. Singing hearts of oak while doing this is optional.

It would seem that even Obama can't keep a National Christmas tree alive during his first term! So much for his supposedly messianic magic.
The National Park Service says the Colorado blue spruce died of "transplant shock." It came from a tree farm in New Jersey last year and was planted on the Ellipse just south of the White House in March 2011. "Transplant shock"? Oh really...what a laugh!

Transplant shock is an actual issue. It's a big reason why trees that are planted in Urban Environments die so much more rapidly than trees in a more natural environment. It's such a big issue that Urban Forestry is becoming a specialized career track, separately from Traditional Forestry.
So how is Obama supposed to keep a tree alive when silviculture is a demanding enough field on its own and the Foresters and Botanists assigned to maintain the grounds are unable to keep a tree alive?

I was being sarcastic in my OP.
Besides, wasn't Obama supposed to be some sort of left-wing Messiah?

The tree killed itself. Who wouldn't, being in that position?

Obama is chicken feed, he kills a tree as apposed to Gillard who is killing off a whole country.
